Level IIIA body armor is rated to protect against pistol threats up to .44 Magnum. However, that doesn’t stop Demolition Ranch from testing it against rifle ammo.
Rifle rounds used for testing include 300 Blackout, and 5.56. Shotgun slugs are also used during testing.
